We list only trusted and verified restaurants. However, the responsibility for food preparation, quality, hygiene, and taste lies entirely with the respective restaurant.

3. Order Placement

Once you place an order, it is sent directly to the chosen restaurant. Order details must be reviewed before confirming as changes may not be possible after submission.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices shown are accurate as provided by the restaurant partners. Taxes and delivery charges (if applicable) will be added during checkout. Payments must be completed using the available methods.

5. Delivery Time

We strive to deliver your food hot and on time. However, delivery duration may vary depending on restaurant preparation time, traffic, weather, and distance.

6. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before the restaurant accepts and begins preparing the food. After this stage, cancellation may not be possible.

7. Refunds

Refunds may be issued only in genuine cases such as incorrect orders, missing items, or failed payments. Refund processing time may vary.
