Return and refund

1. No Return of Delivered Food

As food items are perishable, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.

2. Refunds for Wrong or Damaged Orders

You may request a refund if:

  • You received the wrong item

  • The food was spilled, damaged, or not packed properly

  • The order was missing items

You must report the issue within 15 minutes of delivery with clear proof (photo/video).

3. Restaurant Quality Issues

If the issue is related to taste, spice, quantity, or restaurant preparation quality:

  • Refunds depend on restaurant approval

  • We will assist in coordinating with the restaurant for resolution

4. Late Delivery Refunds

If your order is delayed significantly beyond the expected delivery time, and the delay is not due to:

  • Traffic

  • Weather

  • Festival rush

  • High order volume
    You may be eligible for a partial or full refund.

5. Cancellation Refunds

You will receive a refund if:

  • You cancel before the restaurant starts preparing your food
    After preparation begins, the order cannot be cancelled, and refunds may not apply.

6. Payment Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within:

  • 3–7 business days for online payments
    Refund time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Wrong address shared by the customer

  • Customer unavailable at delivery location

  • Change of mind after food is prepared or delivered

  • Complaints raised hours after delivery
